Have you thought about adding strength training to your routine?

I know it can make a difference from personal experience. Women typically do not have the ability to bulk up because they lack sufficient testosterone. To preserve and/or build some healthy muscle, a woman needs to challenge muscles with heavier weights. Muscle occupies less space than fat, adds strength and improves metabolism.
