I got my period early and it was light in color and watery almost for the fieat day, then for the next two days i did bleed until i sat on the toilet and it was normal in color but the last day it went back to being light and watery.

Everyday i feel heavy and bloated and nothin I do is stopping me from feeling heavy.

I drink a liter or more of water a day . I drink hot tea to relieve gas . Last night i woke up because my belly button started to feel tight and my lower wtomach felt heavy , it was scary and uncomfortable but not painful.

Two weeks ago I became bloated and constipated . I have to take laxatives to poop and when i do poop it is not very much and it is light colored and its almost like pebbles.

Because of weight training i usually go to the bathroom regularly and lost belly fat.
