Right away I could see how this could benefit me

As a customer I wanted to use it. As a digital marketer I wanted to know more. I grabbed Jamie and the CEO, Ed, for a chat. And a few emails later I was in their office bouncing ideas around. At the time I was transitioning out of my corporate role so the timing was perfect.
