The smallest of inconsistencies creates many more requests and delays the process

Porting a phone number is an error-prone process that requires a ton of paperwork and coordination of multiple parties. The end-user, Twilio, the gaining carrier, and the losing carrier, all have to come together to port a number. Prior to today, this porting process happened through the Console.
