For this reason upgrading the energy of the heart is crucial for our happiness as human beings, and our new beginnings. How do we become sensitive to our hearts, when most of the time we tend to protect instead of open. Is it innate or do we increase it and reveal it through deepening our connection to the energies of the universe?
