His unshakeable happiness soothes my weary soul as he reminds me my efforts are worthwhile

To be honest, the last week (or maybe the last three years) has been defined by broken sleep. Non-responsive sleep training, or the many names it goes by, has been a hot topic on my social media feed lately. How can this be good advice for any parent? How can this possibly shape healthy family relationships?

In my past experience it usually meant the guy was backing off but id like some advice.

I don't like to play games but I'm thinking of not texting him back when he does and ignoring him for a while just so he doesn't think I'm always available.
