The last photo shows my Sherpa with a 50mm wide Extreme on back

If it were me, I would ask for an exchange. I've contacted some professionals today, and they told me the rim is defective. Third photo does not highlight the tire in the front fork very well, but all I can say is that it seemed to fit just fine. I can't really think of anything else to say regarding tires and fenders. Hope this helps.
