I wonder if this has anything to do with the owner just leaving the property be a junk yard

Old Datsun and Impala carcasses. There is no mention of private property. All photos by Ditmas Park Corner. He get a phone call and he come and said that his property you can touch any. I live across the street from this dump and looking at it is by far the worst part of my day, every day.
