These daily missions should basically set your minimum daily routine

Completing them all gives you 10 crystals, a good chunk of crystals, and solid XP. If you miss one of them you will lose out on the 7 crystals. The tasks are often more difficult to accomplish than daily missions, although the rewards given out are better as a result.
