The first thing I am working on is getting down the role of stepmom

I loved my step dad though, he was the best. There are exceptions but in my case not many. I was hesitant on how to go about starting and publicly sharing the story of adjusting to life as a stepmom here on the blog. I decided that this will be my story, not a tell all of my stepdaughter or her mother.

I always feel like that I don't deserve gifts and that I haven't earnt it.. I normally refuse for someone to buy me something expensive because i know I could do a lot more for them.

My kids are going back to school, and my job is going back to school year hours (i leave at 7:00 am and i get home by 5:00 pm) My kids are in 5th and 7th and all they do after school is argue, and they are always claiming its their siblings fault.
