We all need to do this but life sometimes just gets in the way

Too bad our summers are so short. I felt better just reading your post and will try your suggestions. I honestly feel so overwhelmed by everything today. I sat here on my bed with the winter sun streaming onto me and warming mw up and I read this. I feel such a sense of release, I feel like I can take a deep breath and move forward through my week now.
