I was wondering if anyone would be interested in helping me diagnose her

So I'm rehabilitating a juvenile leo that was not being cared for. Previous owners weren't feeding regularly or even providing fresh water. Now in the last month and a half I've noticed this dark spot on her stomach. She poops a few times a week (4-5 times) and they are small mostly solid and surrounded by a small amount of liquid.

Btw the sister who sells cars, my dad and her were fighting about money and my dad didn't give her money, so she called some detectives and told them she was abused as a kid. my parents are foreigners, did we end up this way because of that?
