During the teething stage the calcium in the ears go to help out the teeth causing wonky ears

One thing we noticed is her ears are folded over slightly at the top, is this normal? His ears are changing all the time. From what Iv read this is totally normal. As stated above, it's usually caused by teething and lack of calcium. You can give a little bit of yogurt.
