You really do have to be brutal with your choices

One thing that is key for any multi-day journey, trekking or racing is weight and functionality. Luxuries, in general, are a no, no as they just add weight. Nepal in November provides some real contrasts which can really test kit choices. Days are sunny, warm (at times hot) and shorts and a t-shirt work great.
