You have to bang on target and package yourself better to crack the interview

Do you have a problem describing yourself? Then this post of mine would throw some light into this aspect. Keep in mind that your answer should not sound stereotyped but it should be something convincing and natural to the interviewer. Try to give an answer which presents a real picture of yours and never try to fabricate something.
