The vinification follows a traditional method in steel tanks

Soil here are a mixture of limestone and clay tending to produce wines with character and ageability. The maceration lasts about 20 days with regular pumpovers. The nose though delivers in aromatic intensity. A lot of mixed sweet spiced of all sorts also enjoyably invade your senses, never altering the fruitiness of the Barbaresco.

I had staples which were replaced today with the steri-strips (white paper Like strips). I was told to sponge wash the area with non scented antibacterial soap and pat dry, then blow dry the area.
