It seems that when I see it on a menu, I am inclined to order it before anything else. This combination intrigued me so much I knew I had to give it a try. The combination of silky, smoked fish paired with the sweet onion taste of the leeks was fabulous. Add in the salty capers and mild butter to round it out and this is an appetizer I know I will make again and again.
