When I got home from my mission I played ball every day with friends

These problems include slowing down drastically, constant reloading, and the refresh button flickering. Within a month I was back to peak pre-mission shape. At 21 you're in the prime of health. You think these guys don't do same? If they do they probably aren't good enough anyways.

My stomach still comes and goes as far as being annoying.

I got up for work this morning and because of lack of sleep i have a headache.

Id use the bathroom but it was normal and my stomach would still continue.

Only to be woken uo by my stomach again.

Nothing seemed to help, it woukd eventually calm dowb allowing me to fall back asleep.
