The dilemma is that this role is not traditionally associated with HR

Some are complex, some are fairly simple. And some are starting to learn on their own. Facebook, Google and Samsung are investing heavily in AR and are bringing it to a mass audience affordably. For example, analytic engines are much more effective at choosing good candidates than interviewing.
