Most users only see a small portion compared to all the parts needed to make it work

Part of it is providing a great user experience and part of it is fitting in with the realities of companies. In most companies, user groups are defined in places like the HR system or email distribution lists. We work with each customer to easily target audiences in ONE based on the data you already have in your internal systems.
