Thankfully the kids didn't retaliate with tricks. After they departed I prudently shut the blinds. Each time the door bell rang I didn't respond. Kim said we only had a couple of trick or treaters at the Ale House. Before his death Ruben Four Toes would sit on a bar stool near the door and hand candy out the kids.
