I take the ingredients and use them in all the dishes and help pair the wines as well

I think the guests receive a fantastic and unique experience while learning about the local food, wine and ingredients. The main goal is to make the guests happy. With weddings and banquets, the dishes are pre-selected usually a month or two in advance and of course pre-sold to the clients.
