It saves time, money and inches off the waist. Because of this, I like to keep frozen or quick cooking grains on hand. All the different flavors make it easy to combat weeknight dinner boredom, just switch it up each week. Pork loin and tenderloin are one of the leanest cuts of meat which is great when you are trying to prepare a healthy meal fast.
