But we sure do beat ourselves up over it if we miss a workout or indulge in something unhealthy

Being healthy is about balance, though. And certainly not focusing on one at the expense of the others. The more energy I put into my diet and exercise, the less happy I felt. Stretching is relaxed and allows you to get in-tune with your body. It helps keep you flexible as you get older and helps prevent injury.

Sleeping with a younger man, way younger, and I m starting to develop more feelings beside sexual ones Don t know how to bring it up!?help!?

We went on a trip together and we do other cool stuff, not to mention we actually talk but we do talk about his ex s and mine.

I m a good looking woman but I am a little bit overweight.

Also I try not to show him but I m extremely insecure, he is a photographer and takes pictures of beautiful young girls and I can t help to think that maybe I m out of my league.
