His son ordered the fried fish with French fries

The fries were heavy, greasy, and tasted like bagged frozen fries from the grocery store. Louisiana is known for its Cajun dishes as well as seafood. Fish should be fresh, or at least breaded on site. Potatoes are cheap, and could easily be cut in-house daily.
