Fun and unusual ways of preparing Meat with a few Vegetables now and then

It is called a contest but in reality it is a week-long festival devouted to the all popular pork rib. Goofy and I spent several days soaking in the fun and festivities at this huge event. Our judges badges were left at home because we would be spectators at this event.
