Business is booming and people love a place to hang outdoors

Fair enough, every respectable city is an outdoor-friendly city. Where are the crafts people selling handmade soaps and jewelry, or the delicious food our city is now known for? Last year, Halifax made the call to turn Argyle Street into a pedestrian only street from Thursday to Sunday.

I'm a little nervous about talking to him in person because, at least if he's hard of hearing, he can at least hear me, but if he's deaf, our conversations will be extremely restricted.

This summer, I took 2 classes in American Sign Language (I met him after the classes had ended), and I really enjoyed the Language.

The only, I'm absolutely using the wrong word here, but 'issue' (and this is in no way an issue, I could careless about this) is he's either deaf or hard of hearing, I can't find the text where he told me.
