It was just built on 18 acres that includes a charming timber-framed barn

Horses & additional barn permitted. I love seeing new construction that was designed to look older than it is. This farmhouse fits beautifully into the Indiana landscape. It has been a real labor of love, so much attention to detail. Perhaps it is because I live in the Midwest, but I am happy to see more mid-tone and natural wood being used in homes again.
