I make my own protein waffle mix to use and then add zucchini or carrots to it before I cook it

I typically buy plain 0% or 2% yogurt and add my own fruit. Kodiak Cakes has a little less protein but a better taste, in my opinion. Either way, getting your protein in waffle form is always a good decision. But, breakfast time is also the hardest time of the day for me to eat.

On July 17th i had sex and my hymen was fully broken this time, it was without a condom but he pulled out before he ejaculated but prior to the sex i felt pre-ejaculation when i was giving him hand.
